Stimfl is designed for the neurodivergent community, including autistic, ADHD, and sensory-seeking individuals. It’s also helpful for anyone who benefits from grounding during stress, anxiety, or overwhelm.

There’s no right or wrong way. You can squeeze it, roll it in your hand, apply gentle pressure to your arms or legs, or simply hold it. Use it however feels most regulating to you.

Many people find tactile input helpful for grounding and regulation during stressful moments. While Stimfl doesn’t replace professional support, it can be a useful tool for calming sensory input.

Stimfl can be used by teens and adults. If used by children, we recommend supervision, especially if the product includes a keychain or small components.

Stimfl is intended for regular, everyday sensory use. It is not a medical device, but a supportive sensory tool. Always use it in a way that feels comfortable for your body.
